Nestled in the heart of the Périgord Vert, in the small village of Saint Pardoux la Rivière, we would
like to welcome you to our comfortable gîte.


On May 25, 2024 the Olympic flame will pass through Nontron.


Accommodation

You will be accommodated in our cottage which has a capacity of lodging 4 people.
It contains two bedrooms, each for 2 people (a 140 cm bed and 2 x 80 cm beds) upstairs with their
respective ensuite bathroom/wc.
Description: a living room containing the living room and dining room space, TV + Wifi and a
kitchen equipped with dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, microwave, and hob, kettle, toaster.
Baby highchair + travel cot available.

Outside

Terrace and enclosed garden of 700 m2, sun loungers, garden furniture and barbecue, parasol.
1 city bike + 1 hybrid bike + 2 mountain bikes = 4 adult bikes.

In the village of Saint Pardoux la Rivière, you will find local shops:
bakery, butcher, caterer, café restaurant and tobacconist, brasserie du centre, creperie, two
hairdressers, a chocolate maker, a pharmacy, Auchan supermarket + petrol station, a
delicatessen, a florist and an agricultural cooperative, a store for the sale and repair of bikes, a
Twisted Iron Boutique store.
Also present in the village, a post office, an ATM cashpoint and a medical center.

The Gendarmerie, the Rescue Center and the Tourist Office are present in the village.
For cycling enthusiasts, the flow vélo (cycle path) is a route that starts in the Périgord Vert from
Thiviers (SNCF station) and ends in Fouras and on the Ile d'Aix in Charente Maritime.

We are a few kilometers from Brantome and its Abbey, Nontron city of art, Thiviers capital of foie
gras in Périgord.
